We need to gather the information required by our insurance company so that you can drive your Motorhome.

Please provide accurate information as it is an offence to obtain motor insurance through false information.

This form must be completed by each proposed driver, any person who does not complete this form will not be insured to drive our vehicles.

    These items are a direct requirement of our insurers. If you think that you cannot provide the items listed please contact us as soon as possible, sometimes our insurer can be flexible given plenty of time. Please upload scans or photos of two of the bills listed.

    You must provide a total of two proofs of address from the following:
    * 1 x Primary and 1 x Secondary, or
    * 2 x Primary

    Both must be dated within 90 days of the hire date. The address and name on your licence must match both documents.
